ILKKA TOIVOLA APPOINTED AS PROHA'S CEO

Espoo, Finland, September 18, 2009 - Proha Plc, (NASDAQ OMX: ART1V), today
announced the appointment of Ilkka Toivola (M.Sc.) as the Chief Executive
Officer of the company. Prior to joining Proha, Toivola worked with Nokia
Siemens Networks in a number of international executive positions since 2000.
He also has top management experience with Hewlett-Packard Company. Toivola
will assume his position as CEO by November 16, 2009.

into a global organization,  which will be even more attractive partner for
international customers,” says Antti Manninen, the Chairman of the Proha Board
of Directors. ”Ilkka's vast experience in international business and his proven

the transition period, as he now continues as the Vice Chairman of the Proha
Board of Directors according to the initial plan."
