LISTING PROSPECTUS FOR KOTKAMILLS GROUP OYJ'S EUR 105 MILLION BOND AVAILABLE

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE

9 March 2016, at 4 pm (CET + 1)

Kotkamills Group Oyj (formerly Eagle Industries Oy) issued on 13 March 2015 a
EUR 105 million fixed rate senior secured bond to institutional investors. The
bond has a maturity of five (5) years and carries a fixed annual interest of
8.25 percent. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the
listing prospectus of the bond. The listing prospectus is available in English
on the company's website at www.kotkamills.com/fi/kotkamillsgroup/keyfinancials.

The bond is expected to be admitted to public trading on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on
or about 11 March 2016.

The company will publish its stock exchange releases only in English.
