Change in the holding of Tieto's own shares

Tieto Corporation Announcement 9 March 2016


On 9 March, a total of 53 402 Tieto’s treasury shares were transferred as part
of the allocations related to the company’s Long-Term Incentive Programme
2012–2014.

After the transfer of the shares, Tieto holds a total of 411 682 own shares.
