Interim 3-Month Results of Vilniaus Degtinė AB (2015)

In comparison to the equivalent time period in 2014, Sales revenues including
excise duty of Vilniaus Degtinė, AB in January-March of 2015 grew by 5.1
percent. Sales revenues including excise duty reached EUR 13,601k in
January-March of 2015, while they were EUR 12,934k in January-March of 2014. 

In comparison to the equivalent time period in 2014, Sales revenues excluding
excise duty of Vilniaus Degtinė, AB in January-March of 2015 grew by 13.0
percent. Sales revenues excluding excise duty reached reached EUR 4,684k in
January-March of 2015, while they were EUR 4,147k in January-March of 2014. 

Export of products of Vilniaus degtinė, AB to EU and third countries increased
by 78.9 percent in January-March of 2015, if compared with the same period in
2014. 

According to the investment plan of French Group Belvedere SA, modernisation of
the only distillery in Lithuania - Obeliai Distillery of Vilniaus degtinė has
been launched this year and the total value of investments is EUR 3.1 million.
The above-mentioned investment will be made into refurbishment of the
distillery to increase productive capacities of the plant by 1.5 times,
achieving output of up to 27 thousand litre ethyl alcohol per day. 

This year, the company is predicting the Bajorų premium brand to enjoy the
greatest growth, with the investments of EUR 300 thousand to be made into this
brand. After the packaging makeover and having launched the new advertising
campaign, sales of Bajorų premium are planned to double at least and to occupy
10 % market share. 

Products of Vilnius degtinė - Bajorų premium and Vilniaus Starka 5 - have been
awarded prestigious Superior Taste Award 2015. Vilniaus Starka 5 is the only
Starka holding the latter award, which is given by Brussels International Taste
and Quality Institute iTQi. 

In the January-March period of 2015, earnings before tax reached EUR 176k,
while earnings before tax in the same time period in 2014 were EUR 103k. 

The EBITDA of the January-March period of 2015 was EUR 386k, while the EBITDA
of the January-March period of 2014 was EUR 313k.
