Changes in the Bank Board

During the Supervisory Council meeting of Šiaulių Bankas AB held on 22 February
2011 instead of resigned members of the Bank Board Vita Adomaitytė and Jonas
Bartkus until the end of this term of office of the Board Audrius Žiugžda and
Arūnas Užupis were elected as members of the Bank Board. 

Audrius Žiugžda takes up his duties as a member of the Board from 22 February
2011, Arūnas Užupis - subject to the permission from the Bank of Lithuania.
