Regarding the squeeze-out of shares

In accordance with 37(8) of the Law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania,
on 23 January 2014 AB “Limarko laivininkystes kompanija” published the
notification regarding the squeeze-out in the publication for public notices of
SE “Centre of Registers”. 

Accordingly, the implementation of the squeeze-out shall take place from 24
January 2014 until 23 April 2014.
