Invitation to Vacon's 20-year-anniversary Capital Markets Day on 28 November 2013

Every company has a history. Ours spans 20 years back and is quite impressive to
say the least. This history is something to be proud of and to celebrate. At the
same time, as we reach this milestone, we are already setting our sights on the
future.

Analysts and investors are invited to attend Vacon's Capital Markets Day in
Helsinki on Thursday, 28 November 2013, starting at 8.30 am Finnish time.

In our anniversary Capital Markets Day we will present Vacon's vision, strategy
and ambitions for the years to come. The speakers include Vacon's CEO and
members of the management team. In addition, Vacon's customers will present
their views on the role of AC drives in their business.

On 28 November 2013, registration opens at 8:30 am, and presentations will be
held from 9.00 am to approximately 2.00 pm.
