Alexis Fries will take up his position as President and CEO of Pöyry on 1 September 2012

Alexis Fries, who was appointed as President and CEO of Pöyry PLC on 13 June
2012, will take up his position on 1 September 2012.

The new compositions of Pöyry's Board Committees, as announced on 21 June 2012,
will come effective on 1 September 2012.
