NEO INDUSTRIAL'S SUBSIDIARY AVILON FILED THE DRAFT RESTRUCTURING PROGRAM

Avilon Ltd, part of  Neo Industrial's Viscose Fibers segment, has today filed
the draft restructuring program with the District Court of Pirkanmaa, subject
to the Finnish Restructuring Act
