SUBSCRIPTION FOR YIT SHARES BY EXERCISING THE SERIES E, F, K AND L SHARE
OPTIONS FROM OCTOBER 20 TO NOVEMBER 30, 2007 

From October 20 to November 30, 2007 a total of 123,722 YIT shares were
subscribed for on the basis of the Series E share options and a total of
180,932 shares on the basis of the Series F share options. 

The subscription price will be used in full to increase the share capital. The
increase in the share capital as a consequence of these share subscriptions,
EUR 1,954,041.40, is to be entered in the Trade Register on December 10, 2007. 

The subscription period for shares with the Series E and Series F options ended
on November 30, 2007. 

With the Series K and L options the subscription period for shares continues in
2008 as of beginning of April. Each Series K and L share option entitles its
bearer to subscribe for one YIT Corporation share. The subscription price with
the Series K and L options is EUR 20.53 per share.
