Consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st quarter of 2008

The consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st quarter
of 2008 prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

- Sales revenue for the 1st quarter of 2008 - LTL 503.9 million (EUR 146.0
million), for the 1st quarter of 2007 - LTL 328.4 million (EUR 95.1 million); 

- Profit before taxes for the 1st quarter of 2008 - LTL 63.7 million (EUR 18.4
million), for the 1st quarter of 2007 - LTL 87.5 million (EUR 25.3 million); 

- Net profit for the 1st quarter of 2008 - LTL 53.7 million (EUR 15.5 million),
for the 1st quarter of 2007 - LTL 72.3 million (EUR 20.9 million).
