VALID 



The transaction between Vaahto Group Plc Oyj and Uutechnic Oy and the financial
arrangements related to the transaction has become finally valid after
Uutechnic's and Vaahto Group's Extraordinary General Meetings have approved the
transaction unanimously. 

The transaction is estimated to be realized by the end of January 2016.
