Wärtsilä Corporation will publish its Interim Report for the period January-June
2010 on Wednesday 21 July 2010 at 8.30 a.m. Finnish time. The interim report
will be available on the company website at www.wartsila.com after publishing.

An analyst and press conference will be held on the same date, Wednesday 21 July
2010, at 10.45 a.m. Finnish time (8.45 a.m. UK time), at the Wärtsilä
