Affecto  Plc  has  received from Mr. Aaro Cantell (the chairman  of  Affecto's
board of directors) a notification, pursuant to the Finnish Securities Markets
Act,  Chapter  2, Section 9, according to which the holding of shares by  Aaro
Cantell  in  Affecto Plc has exceeded one twentieth (1/20)  of  Affecto  Plc's
share capital and voting rights.
