Sanitas AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the court’s judgement

AB Sanitas (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs that on 6 June 2013 the
Vilnius City Local Court adopted a judgement in the case according to the claim
of the Company's shareholder Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc.
(hereinafter, “Valeant”) regarding making of the entries in the securities'
accounts on the transfer of ownership. 

The court inter alia decided:

(i) to acknowledge that Valeant has made payments to the shareholders, which
have not sold their shares, by transferring EUR 1,863,262.90 to the deposit
account, opened in AB SEB bankas. 

(ii) to oblige the manager of Company's securities' accounts AB FMĮ Finasta to
make entries in the securities' accounts on the transfer of ownership of shares
to Valeant. 

Aforementioned judgement of the Vilnius City Local Court shall come into force
after 30 days as from its adoption date, unless is appealed against to the
appellate court.
