OFFER DOCUMENT RELATING TO THE MANDATORY PUBLIC TENDER OFFER FOR INCAP
CORPORATION'S SHARES HAS BEEN PUBLISHED

Inission AB ("Inission") has today published the offer document relating to
mandatory public tender offer ("Tender Offer") for the shares of Incap
Corporation ("Incap"). The Tender Offer was published on 23 December 2014.
Information about the availability of the tender offer document and the terms
and conditions of the Tender Offer are included in Inission's announcement which
is enclosed to the stock exchange release published by Incap on 23 December
2014.

The independent members of the Board of Directors of Incap will give a statement
regarding the Tender Offer in accordance with the Finnish Securities Markets Act
within the time limit set out therein.
