Linas AB - Notification on material event

RE court decision

Vilnius district court has taken a decision on 20 December, 2007 acc.to which
it was decided to nonsuit the complaint as untenable of “Linas” AB shareholder
Lione Lenciauskiene regarding the decision of the Securities Commission of
Lithuanian Republic dated 31-05-2007 concerning executed objective inspection
No.2K-158 and regarding the decision dated 31-05-2007 concerning the
confirmation of official proposal circular No.3R-484 (AB-35). The judgment of
Vilnius district court dated 20 December, 2007 is not entered into force because
Lione Lenciauskiene appealed this decision to Appeal court.
Lione Lenciauskiene has 20.11% shares as proprietary right of “Linas” AB.
