Vacon Plc will publish its Financial Report for 2008 on Thursday,
February 5, 2009 at 9.00 a.m. and the Annual Report 2008 during week
11.

Vacon Plc's Annual General meeting will be held at the company's
headquarters in Vaasa, Finland on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 3.00
pm.

The following three Interim Reports will be released in 2009:
-          January-March Wednesday, April 22 at 9.30 am
-          January-June Wednesday, August 5 at 9.30 am
-          January-September Tuesday, October 27 at 9.30 am
