Ixonos: Cancellation of the announcement under chapter 2, section 9 of Finland's Securities Markets Act regarding change in Ixonos Plc's ownership

Company has received information from Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB that
disclosure notification issued by bank is incorrect and no change in
shareholding has taken place. 



Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB restates that SEB Life International Assurance
Company Ltd  still owns 2.168.852 shares which is 6,05 per cent of all
company's shares and votes.

Pursuant to chapter 2, section 9 of Finland's Securities Markets Act, Ixonos
Plc has been informed on 13 March 2013 of the following change in the company's
ownership: 



Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB has notified Ixonos that on 7 March 2013 it
has decreased its ownership in Ixonos Plc. After the sale of Ixonos shares on 7
March 2013, SEB Life International Assurance Company Ltd owns 126.000 Ixonos
shares corresponding 0,36 per cent of all Ixonos shares and votes. Amount goes
under the 5%  (1/20) boundary. 



Ixonos' share capital consists of 35,239,129 shares and votes.
