Regarding the purchase of shares of AB Lietuvos Dujos

Lietuvos Dujos (hereinafter referred to as The Issuer) hereby informs that on
16 June 2014 the implementation of the official mandatory non-competitive offer
of the Issuer's shareholder Lietuvos Energija, UAB (legal entity number
301844044, address Žvejų g. 14, LT-09310 Vilnius, Lithuania) with regard to the
purchase of the Issuer's shares was completed. During the mandatory official
offer an application for the purchase of shares was also submitted by one of
the major Issuer's shareholders - OAO Gazprom, as a result of which Lietuvos
Energija, UAB acquired from OAO Gazprom 107,734,925 (one hundred and seven
million seven hundred and thirty-four thousand nine hundred and twenty-five)
shares of the Issuer, which amounts to 37.1 per cent of the Issuer's authorised
capital. 

Following the mandatory official offer, Lietuvos Energija, UAB will own 96.6
per cent of the Issuer's shares, while minor shareholders will own 3.4 per cent
of shares.
