Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market
Act, Citycon Oyj announces that it has received, in accordance with
Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, a
notification from Perennial Investment Partners Limited, in which
Perennial Investment Partners Ltd announces the following:"As a result of a share transaction concluded on March 12 2009, the
holdings of Perennial Investment Partners Limited (AFSL No:238763.
ABN: 59 087 901 620) now represent 3.52% of the voting rights and
share capital of Citycon Oyj. Under Chapter 2, Section 9, of the
Securities Markets Act, we hereby notify the Financial Supervision
Authority and Citycon of the following:

2. Date of change in holdings: 12 March 2009
3. Exact proportion of voting rights and share capital in Citycon
