HERTTAÄSSÄ FLAGS CHANGE OF SHAREHOLDING IN ALMA MEDIA

Alma Media Corporation has on January 21st, 2008 received an
announcement according to which Oy Herttaässä Ab's (business ID
0761658-8) holding of Alma Media Corporation's shares and voting
rights has risen above 20 percent, following forward contracts done
on January 17th, 2008.

Pursuant to the Securities Act, Chapter 2, Section 10 we inform that
the share ownership of Oy Herttaässä Ab in Alma Media after January
17th 2008 is as follows:

Shareholding
7.692.798 shares, corresponding 10.3 % of shares and voting rights.

Forward contracts
4.295.300 shares, corresponding 5.75 % of shares and voting rights.
These forward contracts mature in February 2008.
3.454.500 shares, corresponding 4.63 % of shares and voting rights.
These forward contracts mature in March 2008.

The total holding of Oy Herttaässä Ab is 20.68 % of Alma Media's
shares and voting rights.
