ADDENDUM TO THE PROSPECTUS ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF TAKOMA OYJ SHARES TO PANOSTAJA
OYJ'S SHAREHOLDERS IN THE FORM OF AN EQUITY REBATE AND SALE OF SHARES           

On 2 June 2008, the Finnish Financial Supervision Authority approved the        
Prospectus on the Distribution of Takoma Oyj Shares to Panostaja Oyj's          
shareholders in the Form of an Equity Rebate and Sale of Shares produced by     
Panostaja Oyj and Takoma Oyj together.                                          

At 10 am on 11 June 2008 Takoma's Board of Directors published the company's    
interim report for the reporting period 1 November 2007 - 30 April 2008. The    
interim report will be added to the prospectus.
