Change to the date of Nixu Corporation's Annual General Meeting in 2023

Nixu Corporation, Stock exchange release, March 20, 2023 at 1:30 PM EET

Because of the public tender offer made by DNV AS that is currently ongoing and
covers all of the issued and outstanding shares and option rights of Nixu
Corporation (“Company”), the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to
postpone the annual general meeting of 2023 to be held on a date announced
later. The Company will not, therefore, have the annual general meeting of 2023
on Thursday, 27 April 2023, as previously announced in the financial calendar.
The annual general meeting must be held by 30 June 2023.
