the company and the appointment of the director of the company 



The Company announces that in the board meeting on 19 January 2012 the board
has approved the termination of the employment relationship between the company
and the director thereof Violeta Labutiene by agreement of the parties. By the
decision of the board Audrius Zuzevicius is appointed as the director of the
company as of 23 January 2012.
