Securities Markets Act, from Solidium Oy (business ID 2245475-9) on November
25, 2010:

Solidium Oy's holding in shares of Tikkurila Oyj has fallen below 1/10 (10%) and
1/20 (5%), and the current holding of Solidium Oy in Tikkurila Oyj's shares is
0%. The change in Solidium Oy's holding in Tikkurila Oyj is based on a
notification given by Solidium Oy on November 24, 2010, and transactions made on
November 25, 2010.

Solidium Oy's holding amounted to 6,474,021 shares on November 24, 2010, which
corresponded to 14.68% of the total amount of shares and votes in Tikkurila Oyj.

The percentages of shares and voting rights have been calculated in proportion
to the total number of shares registered with the Trade Register and the total
number of voting rights related to them. The share capital of Tikkurila Oyj is
