OP-Pohjola Group's holding in Talentum to 6.1 %

Talentum Oyj has been informed on June 9, 2011 that the shares in the company
held by OP-Pohjola Group, its subsidiaries and funds have exceeded five percent
of all the shares and votes. 

With reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets
Act, Talentum Oyj reports that on June 8, 2011 the shareholding of OP-Pohjola
Group was as follows:
