Sanitas AB - Notification on material event

On the letter of intent

Letter of intent on sale of 100% of the shareholding of Sanitas, AB in Slovak
subsidiary “HBM Pharma” s.r.o was signed between Sanitas, AB and Latvian
company SIA “Liplats 2000” on February 10, 2010. Conditions of sale - purchase
agreement are currently under negotiation. Further events will be disclosed
accordingly.
