TELESTE CORPORATION'S SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH STOCK OPTIONS

A total of 33 730 shares have been subscribed for with Teleste Corporation's
2007C stock options by 2 August 2013. As a result of the share subscriptions,
the number of Teleste's shares will increase to 18 762 320 shares. 

The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on
21 August 2013. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 22 August 2013.
