Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania upheld the decision of Vilnius District Administrative Court

Anyksciai, Lithuania, 2014-03-07 11:02 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Public limited
liability company “ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS” (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs,
that the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania by its decision dated 5
March 2014 dismissed the Company's appeal re Vilnius District Administrative
Court decision dated 11 June 2013 by which the decision of the State Tax
Inspectorate was upheld, obliging the Company to pay to the state's budget an
amount of LTL 413,490 of unpaid VAT, LTL 82,120.36 of VAT interest and LTL
41,349 of VAT fine. 



The Company had previously informed in its interim condensed financial
statements for the periods ended 30 June, 30 September and 31 December of the
year 2013, that on 30 June 2013 following conservative approach the Company has
made a provision amounting to LTL 537 thousand for the possibly unpaid VAT.
Therefore, this decision of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania shall
not have significant negative impact on the Company's financial results of the
current period.
