NEW SHARES IN eQ PLC ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER



The 1,800,000 new shares subscribed in the share issue directed to the
personnel of eQ Plc were entered into the Trade Register today. The shareholder
rights of the new shares arise as from the date of the Trade Register entry. 

After the Trade Register entry of the new shares, the number of company's
shares is 36,297,198. The shares entered into the Trade Register will be
subject to public trading on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on 2 January 2013.
