Rami Laiho's ownership of the Innofactor Plc votes and shares has fallen under
one twentieth (5 percent) due to the subscription of the shares in the
Personnel issue in accordance of the resolution of the Board of Directors of
Innofactor Plc on January 1, 2012 and the registration of the new shares (904
100 shares) in the Trade Register today. 

4. Share of the ownership in the company on March 30, 2012

Rami Laiho; 1 ,489,888 shares, 4,94 % of shares and votes.
