INCAP'S STOCK OPTION SCHEME 2009 HAS EXPIRED

The subscription period of all option rights of Incap Corporation's stock option
scheme, which was launched in 2009, has expired on 31 January 2014. No shares
have been subscribed against the option rights. Today Incap has no valid option
rights or option scheme.
