Össur hf. has sold the option to buy the company's headquarters in Iceland

Össur hf. has sold the option to buy the company's headquarters in
Iceland, according to a lease agreement from 1997, for 7.9 million
USD. The proceedings will be recorded as other income in the fourth
quarter 2007 and will increase the Company's pre tax profit
accordingly.
