Huhtamäki Oyj co-operation negotiations completed in Hämeenlinna

HUHTAMÄKI OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 8.10.2008 AT 12.00

Huhtamäki Oyj's co-operation negotiations at the Hämeenlinna rigid
packaging production unit in Finland have been completed. The
reductions concern approximately 50 people and will mainly be made
through reducing the number of fixed-term contracts and through
re-assignments. Less than 10 permanent employment contracts will be
terminated.
