Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 2:9), Oy PALSK Ab has
notified that, as from 18 October 2012, Oy PALSK AB's holding in shares of
Sponda Plc has risen above 1/10 (10%), and the current holding of Oy PALSK Ab
in Sponda Plc's shares is 14.89%.
