Elematic Oyj signs an amendment agreement to senior revolving credit and bank guarantee facilities agreement

Elematic Oyj has today signed an amendment agreement to the senior revolving
credit and bank guarantee facilities agreement dated 3 June 2014. According to
the amendment agreement, the bank guarantee facility made available to the
company shall be reduced to EUR 10 million (previously EUR 15 million). Further,
the new termination date of both the EUR 5 million revolving credit facility and
the EUR 10 million bank guarantee facility shall be extended to 30 April 2018
(previously 3 June 2016).
