Interim 6-Month Results of Vilniaus Degtinė AB (2015)

Sales revenues including excise duty of Vilniaus Degtinė, AB grew by 3.9
percent in January-June of 2015, if compared to the same period in 2014. Sales
revenues including excise duty reached EUR 26 970k for the period January-June
of 2015, while they were equal to EUR 25 970k in the period January-June of
2014. 

Sales revenues excluding excise duty of Vilniaus Degtinė, AB grew up by 11.4
percent in January-June of 2015 (EUR 9 414k), if compared to the same period in
2014 (EUR 8 446k). 

Export of products of Vilniaus degtinė, AB to EU and third countries increased
by 57.4 percent in January-June of 2015, if compared with the same period of
the previous year. 

According to the investment plan of French Group Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits
(further - MBWS), modernisation of the only distillery in Lithuania - Obeliai
Distillery of Vilniaus degtinė has been launched this year and the total value
of investments is EUR 3.1 million. The above-mentioned investment will be made
into refurbishment of the distillery to increase productive capacities of the
plant by 1.5 times, achieving output of up to 27 thousand litre ethyl alcohol
per day. 

Vilniaus Degtinė, AB continues to strengthen its position in key categories of
strong spirit drinks: vodka, brandy, bitter. This spring, the packaging
(bottle) of products carrying “Bajorų Premium” trademark was renewed and the
promotional campaign “Bajorų Premium from Lithuania's only distillery” was
started. Cannabis flavored vodka "Shotka” has become one of the priority
products of the group of Companies MBWS. On the first half of 2015, the Company
released to market a new brandy - “Kaligula XO”. 

This May, products of Vilnius degtinė - Bajorų premium and Vilniaus Starka 5 -
have been awarded prestigious Superior Taste Award 2015. Vilniaus Starka 5 is
the only Starka holding the latter award, which is given by Brussels
International Taste and Quality Institute iTQi. 

The opening of the new markets has given a big push to the Company. Since the
beginning of the year 2015, the Company represents its own products as well
MBWS group products in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and CIS countries. This
impetus and group reorganization allowed the Company to focus on the new
neighboring markets. In other world markets, the company's products are sold
through the MBWS group. 

In the January-June period of 2015, earnings before tax reached EUR 553k, while
earnings before tax were EUR 241k in the same time of period in 2014. 

The EBITDA of the January-June period of 2015 was EUR 1 034k, while the EBITDA
of the January-June period of 2014 was EUR 781k.
