Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved Tieto’s listing prospectus for a bond

JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE DISTRIBUTION OR RELEASE WOULD BE UNLAWFUL. 

Tieto Corporation announced its decision to issue a bond of EUR 100 million on
16 May 2013. The bond matures on 23 May 2019 and carries a fixed annual
interest rate of 2.875%. 

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the prospectus
drawn up for the listing of the bond. The prospectus will be made available in
English as from 23 May 2013 on the company's website at
www.tieto.com/investors. 

NASDAQ OMX Helsinki is expected to admit the bond to public trading as from 27
May 2013. 

Nordea Markets and Pohjola Markets act as the lead managers for the
transaction. Krogerus acts as the legal advisor for the transaction.
