Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Regarding execution of the Connection Service Agreement

Klaipėdos Nafta AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs that on 8 March
2013 the Company and Lietuvos dujos AB have executed a Service Agreement on
Liquefied Natural Gas (hereinafter, the „LNG“) Terminal‘s Connection to the
Operating Natural Gas Transmission System (hereinafter, the “Agreement”).
Following the Agreement the parties agreed, that in accordance with established
technical parameters the Company shall have a right to connect the LNG terminal
to the natural gas transmission system and shall have a right to use the
natural gas transmission system as of 3 December 2014.
