Operations update June 2013

Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, 2013-07-01 14:23 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- P/F Atlantic
Petroleum (OMX: FO-ATLA) today announces that during the month of June,
Atlantic Petroleum produced a net total of 47,000 barrels of oil equivalents
(boe) from the Chestnut, Ettrick and Blackbird fields. The average daily
production was 1,567 boe per day net to the Company. Production for the month
of June was impacted by a planned shutdown on Ettrick and Blackbird fields and
slower than expected recovery from the shutdowns. 

During first half of 2013 Atlantic Petroleum produced in total 374,000 boe
corresponding to 2,066 boepd. Production guidance for 2013 remains in the range
725,000 to 800,000 boe.
