Espoo, Finland - Nokia's Board of Directors has resolved to issue a total amount
of 5 961 000 Nokia shares (NOK1V) held by the company to settle its obligations 
to approximately 10 000 participants, employees of Nokia, entitled to payment   
under various equity-based incentive plans.
