continues negotiations with Šiaulių bankas, AB regarding bank Finasta, AB. 

On March 9, 2015 Invalda LT, AB published an announcement on a material event
which stated that signing of a binding agreement is planned by April 15, 2015.
Currently the parties plan to sign the agreement in the nearest future.
