  To approve the  sale of PC „Lithuanian shipping company  “ long-term assets,
i.e. ships  “Audre” and “ Akvile “ ,at market price, leaving the obligation for
the Board to decide regarding the approval of the particular transaction (s) of
the particular ship (s) and regarding the authorization  for the General 
Director to conclude particular transaction.
