Acquisition of own shares by AB „Rokiskio suris“

(GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As of 14th December 2011, AB „Rokiskio suris“ completed
purchasing of own shares on the „NASDAQ OMX Vilnius“ stock exchange market,
consequently the company acquired 13,290 ordinary registered shares which makes
0.04 % of the Company's Authorised Capital. Purchase price per share equals to
EUR 1,200. 

Currently, AB „Rokiskio suris“ owns 802,094 units of treasury shares including
the previously acquired shares, and it makes 2.24 %  of the company's
authorized capital.
