NEO INDUSTRIAL'S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2014

Neo Industrial Plc       STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE     30 December 2013 at 2.00 pm



Neo Industrial Plc will publish in 2014 interim management statements instead
of interim reports for 3 and 9 first months of the year on the basis of chapter
2, section 5c of the Securities Markets Act. 

In  2014, Neo Industrial Plc will publish financial information as follows:

Financial statement release for 2013              28 February 2014
Financial statements and annual report for 2013       week 10/2014
Interim management statement for 1.1.-8.5.2014          8 May 2014
Interim report for January - June                     31 July 2014
Interim management statement for 1.1.-30.10.2014   30 October 2014

The Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 3 April 2014.

The financial statement and reports will be published in Finnish and English on
the company's website at www.neoindustrial.fi.
