Innofactor Plc published on December 27, 2013 a Stock Exchange release related
to decision to cancel 3,539,189 shares held by the company. The cancellation of
shares has been registered in the Trade Register on December 30, 2013. 

After registering Innofactor Plc has a total of 32,051,362 shares.
