INCAP CORPORATION'S FINANCIAL REPORTING YEAR 2009

Incap Corporation  Stock Exchange Announcement  22 December 2008 at
11 a.m.

Incap Group's Financial Statements for the year 2008 will be
published on Wednesday, 25 February 2009. The Annual Report for 2008
will be released during the week commencing on 16 March 2009 in the
company's website only.

Interim reports for the year 2009 will be published as follows:

January-March report on Wednesday 6 May 2009
January-June report on Wednesday 5 August 2009
January-September report on Wednesday 4 November 2009.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Friday, 3 April
2009 in Helsinki.

All the financial information will be published in Finnish and in
English. Releases can also be read online via Incap Corporation's
website www.incap.fi.

Incap will follow the silent period of two weeks and will not comment
on the company's results or be in contact with capital market
represenatvies during a period of two weeks prior to the publication
of interim report.
