LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the approval of electricity distribution service and public electricity prices

On 25 November 2011 National Control Commission for Prices and Energy
(“Commission“) adopted a decision to publish LESTO AB prices for electricity
distribution service and public electricity and their application procedures
effective from 1 January 2012. 

Commission also adopted a decision to approve the methods of differentiation of
prices of electricity distribution service and public electricity of LESTO AB. 

As the public service obligation price for the year 2012 has increased up to
7.04 cents/kWh (VAT not included) compared with the public service obligation
price for the year 2011 equal to 6.01 cents/kWh (VAT not included), for this
reason: 

  -- from 1 January 2012 prices of public electricity for household customers
     increase an average 1.4 cents/kWh (including VAT) (3 percent);
  -- from 1 January 2012 prices of electricity distribution service for business
     customers that receive electricity from medium-voltage electricity networks
     increase an average 1.1 cents/kWh (VAT not included) (8 percent), for those
     receiving from low-voltage electricity networks - 0.7 cents/kWh (VAT not
     included) (3 percent).

The increase of LESTO AB gross income caused by the increase of public service
obligation price would not have a significant impact on LESTO AB financial
results.
