CHANGE IN LEMMINKÄINEN’S EXECUTIVE TEAM

Sari Inkilä, EVP, Strategy and Development, leaves her position at Lemminkäinen
as of 1 November 2017.

Going forward, Jan Gustafsson, EVP, HR, will also be responsible for strategy
and development at Lemminkäinen.
